Delivery and Return Shipments
TIMES AND COSTS: We ship to Italy in 24/48 working hours. Abroad in 48h up to 7 working days depending on the country of reference, allproducts are shipped fromItaly and the timing varies from country to continent. Tracking numbers are automatically provided by the reference logistics, along with the travel emails of your order.
N.B. There is not always telephone notice from the courier. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where there is ALWAYS a person available for the collection of the package.
1. Shipping costs are free for orders over € 100.00,they areappliedby clicking the reference tab “free expenses” which automatically appears exceeding the indicated expense.
Change of size and replacement of a product within 30 days of purchase. If you want to replace the product you received for a change cut the RETURN is free if requested within 14 days of the purchase of the product.
2. Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:a. within 14 days of receipt of the products, you must send an email to [email protected] one of our workers will tell you how to make the return or proceed with the change of the purchased goods, atthe time of contact enter the order number that was sent to you by email at the time of purchase b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or

damaged;c. the identification tag must be sent
back together with the original packaging;;
(d) returned products must be delivered to the chosen carrier within fourteen (14) days from the time you have informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
and. products should not be damaged.

3. The non-acceptance of the change of the product, by size/color or with any other product, provides for the delivery of a voucher of the value of the amount spent, with shipping costs borne by the consumer.
For conditions related to the wrong shipped product, not delivered
4. If the product received does not comply with the order for size, color or type of product, there are
a. Sending the correct product
b. A voucher of the full or partial amount based on the missing or incorrect product(s)
c. Partial or total reimbursement of expenditure made on the based on the missing or incorrect product(s)
In all the cases listed above, the return is borne by Mitu Monteiro srl

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in (a), and (f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your own expense. If you refuse this reservation, you reserve the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in points (b), (c)and (d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the refund reduction, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products, or whether to have the purchased products back at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment Mitu Monteiro srl reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products.

If you have complied with all the required conditions and fall within the points of the return policies reported in point 4, Mitu Monteiro srl pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will reimburse you in full the price of the purchased product(s), remaining at your expense any return costs, unless Mitu Monteiro srl has expressly exempted you from such expenses.
